Packing list

Clothing

  • Clothing for hiking trails
  • Yoga clothes
  • Flowy items for dance and embodiment
  • Comfortable clothing for rest and integration
  • Layers for cool mornings and evenings
  • Cozy socks or slippers
  • Pajamas
  • A goddess outfit for Friday night's dinner ✨

Sacred Tools

  • Altar items (crystals, photos, meaningful objects)
  • Journal + pen
  • Oracle cards
  • Musical instruments (drum, rattle, chimes) & flow/movement toys
  • Any personal ritual or ceremony items you feel called to bring

Water + Rest

  • Swimsuit
  • Beach towel
  • Pillow and/or blanket (if you'd like extra comfort from home)

Food + Nourishment

  • Snacks to share or enjoy personally
  • Drinks (non-alcoholic)
  • Your favorite coffee mug

Toiletries + Care

  • Personal toiletries
  • Medications or supplements
  • Natural bug spray / sunscreen

Optional but Lovely

  • A book
  • An oracle deck (if you have a favorite to share)
  • Something that represents your essence or story

Nourishment

The weekend's menu.

Every meal is prepared with care — plant-forward, seasonal, and made to be lingered over with the women at your table.

Friday

  • Pesto pasta with a vegan alternative
  • Homemade sourdough, fresh salad & lemon pie bars

Saturday

  • Breakfast — Lemon chia seed pudding mason jars with fruit & granola
  • Lunch — Veggie hummus wraps, fruit salad, chips & pickle
  • Dinner — Goddess bowls: basmati rice, cauliflower, chickpeas, cabbage, carrots, pickled onions, cilantro, grape tomatoes & tahini sauce

Sunday

  • Brunch — Grazing board: pickles, olives, roasted salted nuts, vegan cheese, crackers, salami, fresh fruit, scones, protein balls & artichoke dip

All weekend

  • Coffee, tea, filtered water, sparkling goddess drink & lemonade
  • Please bring your favorite snacks and a non-alcoholic drink to share
