Jules Bauer

I'm Jules — a woman, a sister, a soft place. Heart Warriors was born from my own long walk home to myself, and the women who held me along the way.

For most of my life I was the strong one — the one who carried, fixed, soothed, held it all together. Until my body, gently and then not so gently, told me the truth: that this kind of strength was costing me my softness.

What healed me was not a method. It was women. Slow mornings. Candlelight. Being allowed to fall apart without anyone trying to make me okay. Breath. The earth. And the radical permission to be loved as I was — not after I had earned it.

Now I hold that same room for other women. With everything I have learned, with every layer of practice and presence I have woven over the years, and with the one thing that matters most: love.
