Meet Jules Bauer

I am a mother of five, a lover of the land, a guide of sacred spaces, and the founder of Heart Warriors Women's Gatherings.

My life has been shaped by the understanding that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with one another, and with the living world around us. Whether I am tending my family, walking barefoot on the earth, gathering around a fire, or holding space for women in circle, my deepest passion is creating environments where people feel safe enough to remember who they truly are.

As a certified Qoya facilitator, death doula, and community weaver, I am devoted to creating experiences that invite women home to themselves. My work is rooted in the belief that every woman carries within her an innate wisdom, a wild knowing, and a unique medicine that the world needs. Through embodiment, movement, authentic connection, ceremony, and shared experience, I create spaces where women can soften, be witnessed, and feel deeply held.

I often describe myself as a weaver of the tapestry—bringing together women from all walks of life, backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences. I believe transformation happens through collaboration and co-creation, when we gather not as experts or leaders above one another, but as sisters walking side by side. Together we expand our awareness, deepen our consciousness, and remember the power of community.

The vision for Heart Warriors came through one of the most profound losses of my life.

After losing my best friend and soulmate to cancer, I awoke in the middle of the night to what felt like a whisper from beyond. I heard the words:

“Gather the Heart Warriors.”

In that moment, a vision poured through me.

I saw women coming together from all over the world—women who were ready to lay down their armor, lower their shields, and live with open hearts. Women who were no longer interested in performing, pretending, or proving, but instead felt called to meet one another authentically. Women willing to be vulnerable, courageous, and deeply human.

Heart Warriors was born from that calling.

What began as a whisper has grown into a movement of women committed to keeping their hearts open in a world that often teaches us to close them. It is an invitation to remember that healing does not belong to a select few. Each of us carries an inner healer, an inner guide, and an inner wisdom waiting to be remembered.

At Heart Warriors, we gather to celebrate, grieve, laugh, move, sing, rest, and grow together. We gather to remember that we were never meant to walk this path alone.

My intention is simple:

To create spaces where women can arrive exactly as they are. To be seen. To be witnessed. To be held. To remember their essence. And to leave knowing that their heart is powerful enough to guide the way.

Hearts Open. Shields Down.
