Questions, gently answered

The things women ask.

Do I need any experience with breathwork or movement?+

Not at all. Everything is invitational and meets you where your body is today.

I'm an introvert. Will I be okay?+

Yes — this retreat is built for nervous systems, not extroversion. There is generous quiet time and your alone-ness is honored.

What if I cry the whole time?+

Then you cry the whole time. You will be loved through every tear. Nothing about you is too much here.

Is this religious or spiritual?+

It is soulful, not dogmatic. We honor the sacred in the simple — breath, food, women, the earth — with no required beliefs.

What's included?+

Accommodation, all meals, every practice and ritual, materials, and a small thoughtful gift to take home. Travel to the location is not included.
